Pat O'Shea is more than the Kerry football team manager; he is the embodiment of the sporting fabric that weaves through his native town of Killarney. Weeshie Fogarty profiles the man for whom faraway hills have little pulling power.

Weeshie spoke to Pat before the 2007 All Ireland Final and Pat gave his thoughts on the upcoming game against Cork, about managing Kerry and Dr. Crokes. He also spoke about his earliest football memories.

Weeshie also interviewed Martin Byrnes, a fellow Dr. Crokes clubman, who gave his thoughts on playing with Pat O Shea. Martin is originally from Drumtarriffe in County Cork.
